So I had to work overnight last night so yesterday was a relaxing day and since I didn’t go to the gym Thursday I had to make up for it yesterday. So my workout yesterday was non stop, by the time i was finished my workout I was covered in sweat and it was just awesome! My new favourite meal is spinach with tuna and ranch or mustard. Sounds strange but it’s sooooo good.
What an amazing workout it has been these past few weeks. Today marks 3 weeks of doing the gym and omg I have so much more energy. I feel more motivated to do things instead of staying at home doing nothing. I have a whole gym routine from a personal trainer and I have found that the more it hurts the more I know I’m doing something that is working. I haven’t lost much weight, at first it worried me because I was going up in weight but finally I am going back down in weight. I go to the gym with a colleague and its so nice to have someone there to push you to succeed and you do the same to them. We do a 5 minute cardiovascular workout to up our heart rates then we do an exercise for whatever day it is (leg, back,chest and abs and shoulders), then we do 2 minutes on the eliptical or treadmill and then continue that until we do all the machines and cables for that day and we finish off by doing at least 5 minutes of cardio. This has been an amazing change its just incredible I can see the changes when I look in the mirror it’s the best feeling in the world.
Hello everyone! So I have recently joined a local gym and my gosh I am sore. I joined with a colleague and its great to have a partner to workout with. We had a trainer showing us what to do but as of today we are on our own. So yesterday we did legs, I have found out I have muscles where I didn’t know I had muscles. It hurts but it’s a great pain. No pain no gain! I have gone up a couple pounds but my clothes are loser, muscle weighs more than fat does so I hope the more I work out the more my weight will start to go down. It’s a change of lifestyle that’s for sure. We go to the gym daily even if it’s just to walk on the treadmill. I’m excited to start seeing more results.
So over the past couple months I’ve gone up in weight which was a huge problem and caused me to get depressed in the time. So far I started at 273lbs on Thursday March 2. I stepped on the scale today I am 266lbs. Yayyy im so happy I love the support I get from doing my blog you guys are amazing! If anyone would like to become email buddies for support or anything please let me know!
- So this weekend we did a family trip to niagara falls it was awesome and so fun. Many chances of eatting bad I tried my best to eat healthy, I am also very sick so I did have a few not healthy items like waffles and toast. I did pass on pop or juice and stuck to just water and when I got my steeped tea I only had milk no sugar. So overall I’d say a successful weekend and with all the walking it was amazing!!! What a beautiful site.
Ok guys sorry for the long time between posts alot has happened but today is the start of a very healthy lifestyle! No more junk food no more sugary drinks. My goal is to be at my idea weight by Dec 2017. I would like to lose 50lbs by April 2017. Today I went for a long walk it was awesome i have walked over 5kms today! So proud of myself since I haven’t been doing much lately. I am so excited to begin a new journey and this time you will be coming along with me. Today I am 259lbs and I would love to lose at least 100lbs! 😊
So just got the cpap machine yesterday and just wow what a difference even after just 1 night I have so much more energy! I’m a lot happier since starting this diet and I find I want to shop more knowing there is clothes now that I can find and look good in and they won’t break the bank! I always hated buying clothes thinking I’d be the fat ass everyone stared at. I hate photos for the same reason I think I’m just out right ugly! So I had a cheat day yesterday and had pizza, well I can’t believe it it really didn’t agree with me and I ended up with the most painful stomach ache and multiple toilet visits but I’ve gone down to 261.7 which is 21 lbs!!!! Finally it’s nice to see the weight coming off. My love handles are disappearing thankfully. My clothes are so much looser I can’t wait to have to buy a whole new wardrobe I will definitely be doing before and after pics then. I’ve been eatting a lot less lately I find I’m just not hungry so sometimes at lunch I do need to make sure I eat no matter what and the heat doesn’t help lately I’m tired not hungry. I’m going to try starting to run on the elliptical soon I’m not sure how it’ll work but it’ll be a laugh for me at least! Well thank you again for your continued support! This is jut the beginning of my new life and it’s amazing so far.
