So I had to work overnight last night so yesterday was a relaxing day and since I didn’t go to the gym Thursday I had to make up for it yesterday. So my workout yesterday was non stop, by the time i was finished my workout I was covered in sweat and it was just awesome! My new favourite meal is spinach with tuna and ranch or mustard. Sounds strange but it’s sooooo good.
So this morning I stepped on the scale and I’m down to 261lbs which means I’ve lost 21lbs all together. In just the past week I’ve lost 6lbs again which is just an amazing feeling!! I’ve started taking lunches instead of buying them and I’m never actually hungry I don’t think about food as much either I try and change my train of thought of food comes to mind. I am so happy I’m losing again it’s just an amazing feeling. I need to lose 111lbs more to be where I ideally should be but I’d like to lose 131lbs more.
I find with the more positive attitude more positive things are happening. It is just incredible how just 1 thing can change everything. I am 1 very very happy lady today!!
So overall August was a tough month sadly and I didn’t eat the best so September is the new beginning.😃 I am so excited I’ve gone back to 264 after my weight being stuck at 267. One way I’ve boosted my confidence is by watching Roman Atwood blog he is a really positive person it’s amazing! When I’m positive I find I have so much more confidence it really is awesome. I’ve also found this picture which really helps remind me of what I want for myself.
Sorry it was a long wait between blogs it’s just been a nice and busy week! I love that you enjoy reading this blog. I’ve started eatting more veggies and hummus which I found out I absolutely love!!
