Hello everyone! So I have recently joined a local gym and my gosh I am sore. I joined with a colleague and its great to have a partner to workout with. We had a trainer showing us what to do but as of today we are on our own. So yesterday we did legs, I have found out I have muscles where I didn’t know I had muscles. It hurts but it’s a great pain. No pain no gain! I have gone up a couple pounds but my clothes are loser, muscle weighs more than fat does so I hope the more I work out the more my weight will start to go down. It’s a change of lifestyle that’s for sure. We go to the gym daily even if it’s just to walk on the treadmill. I’m excited to start seeing more results.
- So this weekend we did a family trip to niagara falls it was awesome and so fun. Many chances of eatting bad I tried my best to eat healthy, I am also very sick so I did have a few not healthy items like waffles and toast. I did pass on pop or juice and stuck to just water and when I got my steeped tea I only had milk no sugar. So overall I’d say a successful weekend and with all the walking it was amazing!!! What a beautiful site.
So overall I’m still down 25lbs which is amazing it’s been 6 months but I’m still down I don’t know why I’m not losing faster other then not exercising much which I find hard sometimes to get the motivation.. if anyone has any tips to help motivate I’d love to hear them. My stress level has been higher and unfortunately that means I just want sweets, I try and resist the cravings but it doesn’t always work. My biggest cave is kawartha dairy ice cream, omg it is so good!!
My goal before Christmas so just over 2 months is to lose 30 lbs I need to get my ass in gear and start exercising and not going with my cravings.
So overall September has been an awesome month I’m still stuck at 260 but I went to the doctor Tuesday and although my scale hasn’t moved to much I’m still down inches. I’m so happy I notice in my uniform daily how it’s changing! I’m starting to follow more of a low carb high fat diet now to see how it’ll help me with losing. I’m very proud of myself I’ve started taking my lunch to work, usually carrots or celery or mushrooms and hummus and some meat. I hate to cook so this is something I’m happy about lol it’s simple and very fast to make in the morning. I am very very pleased with my success in weight loss so far I am down 22.8lbs total! For someone who ate out a lot and was bery lazy I am a new person and I am loving it! So being in such a good mood I’ve tried new things to help boost my moods even more and I’ve found make up is something that makes me feel good as much as it shouldn’t it just adds to the great feeling I get knowing I’m down in weight.
So this morning I stepped on the scale and I’m down to 261lbs which means I’ve lost 21lbs all together. In just the past week I’ve lost 6lbs again which is just an amazing feeling!! I’ve started taking lunches instead of buying them and I’m never actually hungry I don’t think about food as much either I try and change my train of thought of food comes to mind. I am so happy I’m losing again it’s just an amazing feeling. I need to lose 111lbs more to be where I ideally should be but I’d like to lose 131lbs more.
I find with the more positive attitude more positive things are happening. It is just incredible how just 1 thing can change everything. I am 1 very very happy lady today!!
So lately I’ve had a lot of stress and I’ve realized that when I’m stressed I eat. I went to the doctors last Tuesday and was given some ideas on how to retrain my brain so I don’t grab crap when I am stressed. So far it’s worked but I have had 1 day I just wanted to eat junk and sadly I allowed myself and I’m still stuck at the same number!!!! So disappointing but I’m trying. I’m going to try and follow more of the low carb high fat diet maybe that will help change the scale. I have an elliptical and I’m going to be using it 3 times a week for 30 mins plus try to get in more walks. August has been a very shitty month with my eatting and it’s very depressing!!! It was my birthday this past Sunday and omg I ate mini donuts just because it was my day, so bad I know but as of today no more donuts no more sugar. I have been finding that with the cpap machine I get sleep and I’m not tired anywhere near as tired as I was before. Now to just get my ass up and go do stuff like I should be but I find that once I come home from work I’m so exhausted that I sit down and then I’m screwed. My energy depletes so fast at that point I don’t know what to do to try and switch it but I need to.
Sorry for the long wait between posts it’s been a crazy stressful week and finally I got to enjoy this gorgeous weekend. So Ive been stuck I am not losing weight so it’s just frustrating I go back to the doctor Tuesday and I’ll see what I can do because I’m seriously losing my motivation with no weight loss!! I don’t know what to do anymore. Stress from work and family is not helping 1 bit! I find when I am stressed I eat.. I know I shouldn’t but I need some help with this! Any tips I would love to hear them I’m ready to just quit this diet and go back to how I was because I’m still at 264lbs which is a loss of 18lbs!!
So as you all know I was down to 261lbs… Well just after that I went back up to 268lbs I have no idea why but as of today I’m down to 265.4lbs. So now I need to get off my ass and start exercising more! Also the food choices I have been making aren’t the best at times when I’m out and busy. I have found a healthier option to most fast food, I absolutely love pita pit the food is amazing! There is so many choices to. My mood has not been the best either so that doesn’t help but today is a new day and I am getting back focused on what is most important… Me. I am very excited to do the cauliflower cheese and avacado again that was so delicious. I’m going to start setting goals as to how much I want to lose in a month and starting today I want to lose 10lbs more by sept 8!!!
Hello! So this week has been busy and I’m sorry for no posts but I finally have time to finish this and post. So the start of last week I was down to 261lbs and all of a sudden I went back up to 267lbs I wasn’t doing anything different but I haven’t been exercising as much. So as of today I am back to 264lbs but no idea why I went up. It is very depressing to go back up. So I was talking to this guy and he asked for pictures ok no problem well looking back at my old pictures really brought back hard emotions I am really big I look a lot better now than I did before but I still look big!!! I hate this.

So as of yesterday I have started to get even stricter with my diet and exercise. So last night we made cauliflower with avocado and cheese… And chicken which Omg was so good!!! Every morning I have a slim fast meal replacement I’m not sure what to mix with it so if anyone has any ideas please let me know!
I am finding that using the cpap machine really is helping with my sleep I’m no where near as tired. I also am finding that I have more energy. Have a great day!!!
So with this sleep apnea machine I’ve been finding even after the first night I’ve had so much more energy and I’m not tired!! It’s been nice I did a very long over due spring clean and I haven’t felt so good in such a long time. So yesterday I haven’t had McDonald’s in awhile so I decided I would grab a kale and feta wrap meal with a Diet Coke and I was overall disappointed i used to love them and since I haven’t had 1 in awhile I find I honestly don’t care for them which is awesome. My weight hasn’t changed much I’m 271.5lbs which is awesome! Makes me really happy😃👍. I have completely cut out junk food like chips and snacks which I find is ok because as much as it was hard at the beginning I no longer crave that stuff constantly. I do get random cravings for sugar but 1 little candy is more than enough.
