So this morning I stepped on the scale and I’m down to 261lbs which means I’ve lost 21lbs all together. In just the past week I’ve lost 6lbs again which is just an amazing feeling!! I’ve started taking lunches instead of buying them and I’m never actually hungry I don’t think about food as much either I try and change my train of thought of food comes to mind. I am so happy I’m losing again it’s just an amazing feeling. I need to lose 111lbs more to be where I ideally should be but I’d like to lose 131lbs more. 

I find with the more positive attitude more positive things are happening. It is just incredible how just 1 thing can change everything. I am 1 very very happy lady today!! 

A great new boost in confidence!!

So overall August was a tough month sadly and I didn’t eat the best so September is the new beginning.😃 I am so excited I’ve gone back to 264 after my weight being stuck at 267. One way I’ve boosted my confidence is by watching Roman Atwood blog he is a really positive person it’s amazing! When I’m positive I find I have so much more confidence it really is awesome. I’ve also found this picture which really helps remind me of what I want for myself. 

Sorry it was a long wait between blogs it’s just been a nice and busy week! I love that you enjoy reading this blog. I’ve started eatting more veggies and hummus which I found out I absolutely love!! Sabra Garlic hummus is amazing. I will definitely update more now that I am back on track thank you all very much! Til next time! Bye 

Stress = eatting bad foods

So lately I’ve had a lot of stress and I’ve realized that when I’m stressed I eat. I went to the doctors last Tuesday and was given some ideas on how to retrain my brain so I don’t grab crap when I am stressed. So far it’s worked but I have had 1 day I just wanted to eat junk and sadly I allowed myself and I’m still stuck at the same number!!!! So disappointing but I’m trying. I’m going to try and follow more of the low carb high fat diet maybe that will help change the scale. I have an elliptical and I’m going to be using it 3 times a week for 30 mins plus try to get in more walks. August has been a very shitty month with my eatting and it’s very depressing!!! It was my birthday this past Sunday and omg I ate mini donuts just because it was my day, so bad I know but as of today no more donuts no more sugar. I have been finding that with the cpap machine I get sleep and I’m not tired anywhere near as tired as I was before. Now to just get my ass up and go do stuff like I should be but I find that once I come home from work I’m so exhausted that I sit down and then I’m screwed. My energy depletes so fast at that point I don’t know what to do to try and switch it but I need to.

Sorry for the long wait between posts it’s been a crazy stressful week and finally I got to enjoy this gorgeous weekend. So Ive been stuck I am not losing weight so it’s just frustrating I go back to the doctor Tuesday and I’ll see what I can do because I’m seriously losing my motivation with no weight loss!! I don’t know what to do anymore. Stress from work and family is not helping 1 bit! I find when I am stressed I eat.. I know I shouldn’t but I need some help with this! Any tips I would love to hear them I’m ready to just quit this diet and go back to how I was because I’m still at 264lbs which is a loss of 18lbs!!

So as you all know I was down to 261lbs… Well just after that I went back up to 268lbs I have no idea why but as of today I’m down to 265.4lbs. So now I need to get off my ass and start exercising more! Also the food choices I have been making aren’t the best at times when I’m out and busy. I have found a healthier option to most fast food, I absolutely love pita pit the food is amazing! There is so many choices to. My mood has not been the best either so that doesn’t help but today is a new day and I am getting back focused on what is most important… Me. I am very excited to do the cauliflower cheese and avacado again that was so delicious. I’m going to start setting goals as to how much I want to lose in a month and starting today I want to lose 10lbs more by sept 8!!! 

A week of ups and downs…

Hello! So this week has been busy and I’m sorry for no posts but I finally have time to finish this and post. So the start of last week I was down to 261lbs and all of a sudden I went back up to 267lbs I wasn’t doing anything different but I haven’t been exercising as much. So as of today I am back to 264lbs but no idea why I went up. It is very depressing to go back up. So I was talking to this guy and he asked for pictures ok no problem well looking back at my old pictures really brought back hard emotions I am really big I look a lot better now than I did before but I still look big!!! I hate this.

So as of yesterday I have started to get even stricter with my diet and exercise. So last night we made cauliflower with avocado and cheese…  And chicken which Omg was so good!!! Every morning I have a slim fast meal replacement I’m not sure what to mix with it so if anyone has any ideas please let me know! 

I am finding that using the cpap machine really is helping with my sleep I’m no where near as tired. I also am finding that I have more energy. Have a great day!!!

So with this sleep apnea machine I’ve been finding even after the first night I’ve had so much more energy and I’m not tired!! It’s been nice I did a very long over due spring clean and I haven’t felt so good in such a long time. So yesterday I haven’t had McDonald’s in awhile so I decided I would grab a kale and feta wrap meal with a Diet Coke and I was overall disappointed i used to love them and since I haven’t had 1 in awhile I find I honestly don’t care for them which is awesome. My weight hasn’t changed much I’m 271.5lbs which is awesome! Makes me really happy😃👍. I have completely cut out junk food like chips and snacks which I find is ok because as much as it was hard at the beginning I no longer crave that stuff constantly. I do get random cravings for sugar but 1 little candy is more than enough.

So just got the cpap machine yesterday and just wow what a difference even after just 1 night I have so much more energy! I’m a lot happier since starting this diet and I find I want to shop more knowing there is clothes now that I can find and look good in and they won’t break the bank! I always hated buying clothes thinking I’d be the fat ass everyone stared at. I hate photos for the same reason I think I’m just out right ugly! So I had a cheat day yesterday and had pizza, well I can’t believe it it really didn’t agree with me and I ended up with the most painful stomach ache and multiple toilet visits but I’ve gone down to 261.7 which is 21 lbs!!!! Finally it’s nice to see the weight coming off. My love handles are disappearing thankfully. My clothes are so much looser I can’t wait to have to buy a whole new wardrobe I will definitely be doing before and after pics then. I’ve been eatting a lot less lately I find I’m just not hungry so sometimes at lunch I do need to make sure I eat no matter what and the heat doesn’t help lately I’m tired not hungry. I’m going to try starting to run on the elliptical soon I’m not sure how it’ll work but it’ll be a laugh for me at least! Well thank you again for your continued support! This is jut the beginning of my new life and it’s amazing so far. 

Monthly doctor meeting…

So after a week of holidays and a weekend of a few not so diet friendly drinks I knew my weight would go up but it stayed the same. It shocked me when I stood on the scale and saw 263lbs!! I still can’t believe how much of a difference just 19 lbs has been.. So my official weight when I began was 282.8lbs I just round down for some reason so really I’ve lost 19.8lbs!! So yesterday I had an appointment with the sleep clinic to find out if I have sleep apnea, which I found out I do have moderate sleep apnea. So now I get to get the machine which will increase my oxygen causing my energy to hopefully go up and my weight to go down. Later in the day I met with my diet doctor, when I got weighed I was at 265lb which was abit discouraging but I knew I had just eaten so it wasn’t that bad overall plus I had on heavier clothes. The doctor wasn’t that upset to find out I was only down 2.6lbs from the last time. I just need to lower my portions and when I get the sleep apnea machine I should get a lot better sleep so I won’t be exhausted all day. I have a few friends and family who are all very supportive but this one friend who really upped my confidence and is helping me with this. She really is amazing and I wouldn’t be at this still if it wasn’t for her saying how she can notice the changes even if they are slight changes. The doctor has now started measuring me because my clothes fit better or are loose and the scale isn’t going down that fast so only time will tell now. This is my way to help with staying positive and on track with where I want to be health wise so thank you all very much for reading!! Be sure to like and follow me for updated blogs 👍👍👍 

The beginning…

So far this journey has had many ups and downs. 1 thing that really bothered me is I’ve been eatting healthier (I cut out a lot of the snacks and chips and sugary foods) the scale wasn’t going down as fast as I thought it should with changing how I ate also with the almost daily walks I had been doing. When I took the measuring tape out and my clothes looked better and were a lot looser it came to me that I was building muscle again. It bugged me that the scale wasn’t going down but people around me even noticed how much better I was looking. It was a great confidence boost knowing others can see it even if I didn’t  see it as much. So my eatting is 3 meals a day plus 1 snack. I eat breakfast which is usually a meal replacement because I’m never really hungry. My lunch is usually about 4 hours later and it’s typically chicken salad wrap or egg wrap I try to do protein. My snack 4 hours later is sunflower seeds. And dinner 4 hours later is usually a salad or chicken or something with a lot of protein and low carb. I will try and post some pictures of what I eat as we go along this journey. Feel free to contact me at any time!
